• Thread Tightening Guide: While taper pipe threads do not come pre-coated with PISCO Sealock coating, manual sealing tapes or liquid sealants must be applied starting 1.5 to 2 screw ridges away from the thread tip.
• Torque Warning: Rigid manual tightening must align with standard steel thread limits; applying excessive over-torque can permanently deform the metal hexagonal columns, leading to rotational thread failure and micro-leaks.
• Lubrication Code: These components support a clean, non-grease or oil-free specification assembly option upon request.
• Visual Identification Note: Genuine SUS304 variants are explicitly distinguished from look-alike SUS303 units via a specific V-groove stamped into the guide ring and a flat groove marked across the outer hexagonal column.

The internal and external composition of this series utilizes distinct, copper-free materials to guard against environmental degradation:

• Main Metal Parts: The heavy-duty metallic body and internal guide-ring are constructed using high-grade SUS304 stainless stee
• Main Resin Parts: The release-ring and external resin body are molded from a durable glass-reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) compound.
• Seal Rubber Material: The internal elastic sleeve and O-rings are manufactured from Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM) to ensure optimal sealing integrity, with options for EPDM or HNBR compounds depending on the target medium
