ARCAM-XRT is an advanced Dual Energy X-Ray Transmission (DE-XRT) system developed by Ardee Hi-Tech Private Limited for non-contact, online coal quality monitoring. The system uses a multi-energy X-ray generator (20–160 keV) that passes X-rays through coal moving on conveyor belts. Differential attenuation of low and high energy X-rays is measured by detectors and processed to determine weighted ash percentage and coal quality in real time.
The technology enables mines, washeries, and thermal power plants to optimize coal segregation, blending, dispatch planning, washery bypass decisions, and boiler feed quality management while eliminating limitations of radioisotope-based gamma-ray analyzers.

Uses electrically activated Dual Energy X-Ray Transmission (DE-XRT) instead of hazardous radioactive isotopes like Americium or Caesium, eliminating disposal and radiation risks.

Designed and developed in India with remote diagnostics, auto calibration, PLC/MIS integration, Ethernet/RS485/4G connectivity, reducing maintenance dependency and downtime.
